Repairs to pipes and lighters

In addition to repairing almost all lighters and pipes, we also offer service for Dunhill products. Regardless of the defect, we will analyze and repair your product and, if you wish, inform you in advance about the costs of a repair.

Estimates

We also prepare cost estimates for you. You will receive this after a few days by e-mail or telephone. We only calculate the cost estimate if you would like to have the item returned unrepaired. We charge up to € 9.00 (plus postage) for processing.

Appraisals and authenticity checks

We offer you the opportunity to check your product for authenticity. Premium lighters are often sold very cheaply on the Internet, but these are counterfeits. We would be happy to provide you with an expert opinion on the authenticity or value of a lighter (20 – 25 euros).

GUARANTEE

We give a 6-month guarantee (Dupont and Dunhill 12 months) on the repairs we carry out and the spare parts we use. If another defect occurs within this period, it will be repaired free of charge. If there is a new defect, a new calculation could be made. Here, however, we have a large range of goodwill, as it is often indistinguishable for the customer. An example: Lighter is leaking at the filling valve. Lighter is repaired with new EV. Within the G-time the lighter comes back with the note still (or again) leaking. However, if the leak was caused by a rupture in the tank, it is a new defect and can be recalculated (which we rarely do).

Your lighter is defective and needs a professional repair? Then you've come to the right place! Our spare parts warehouse includes original spare parts from the last 100 years. This means that we are able to professionally repair almost any lighter.

Pipes

When it comes to pipe repairs, one often only thinks of making a new mouthpiece. But also the complete cleaning of the pipe bowl or the conversion to a 9mm filter system is part of our daily work.

Writing implements

The repairs and maintenance of Dupont and Dunhill writing instruments extend our range of services for you.
